Revecore is seeking Analysts to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution and maximize reimbursements for hospital clients. The role involves a high volume of calls, coordination of benefits, and requires strong communication skills and familiarity with AcciClaim and SharePoint.

The position is remote with equipment provided. Employment is contingent upon eligibility to work in the U.S. and a background check. Residents in listed U.S. states are eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a professional office environment.
• Experience with health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing is preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
