Job summary

Revecore, a provider serving 1,300+ hospitals nationwide, is hiring for a remote role to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution. You will coordinate no-fault and liability benefits and maximize reimbursement for hospital clients, handling high-volume calls and using AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health or auto insurance or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort learning AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
