Qualifications

• Proficient in data entry and data validation with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with billing software and ERP systems, preferably Dynamics or similar.
• Ability to analyze account data, resolve discrepancies, and communicate clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve new customer accounts with complete documentation before activation.
• Update and maintain customer account information for ongoing accuracy.
• Generate, review, and process invoices with itemized charges, taxes, and terms.
• Scrutinize billing data to minimize disputes and delays.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance to resolve billing issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and account status.
• Maintain organized accounts receivable files to support audits and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in special billing process projects as assigned.
