The role supports billing workflows and aims to improve efficiency. A HS diploma with billing experience is preferred, and telework options are available within the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years billing or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document resolution and escalate when needed.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and billing systems; attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions, invoices, credits, and account adjustments accurately and timely.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts within billing systems.
• Review and audit billing information for accuracy and completeness.
