Job summary

Sarnova is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join a high-volume, fully remote call center supporting patient billing inquiries. You will handle inbound calls with empathy, gather necessary information, and guide patients through resolution paths while adhering to HIPAA and client workflows.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have a high school diploma, strong typing skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation.
• Able to multitask and manage a high workload remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming patient calls in a remote environment with professionalism and empathy.
• Listen actively and address billing questions and concerns.
• Determine appropriate resolutions following client workflows and rules.
• Gather information, follow up, and communicate clearly to resolve issues.
• Review account details, contact third parties as needed, and document actions taken.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the patient account system.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and company policies at all times.
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas and contribute to a positive team culture.
