Job summary

TeamHealth National Patient Service Center is seeking a Remote Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Agent to assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries. This fully remote role offers flexible hours, a $750 sign-on bonus, and quarterly incentives.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with excellent typing and multitasking skills, comfortable with Windows-based systems, and able to work independently from home while maintaining compassionate customer service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service via phone.
• Assist patients with billing, insurance questions, and account resolution.
• Research and resolve discrepancies or issues with patient accounts.
• Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary.
• Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims.
• Set up and manage payment plans.
• Accurately document all interactions in the system.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
