DataSpring is seeking a Financial & Billing Analyst to own the monthly billing cycle, transform usage data into invoice-ready outputs, and maintain SQL/Python queries and Databricks workflows. The role works with Billing Operations, Accounting, and department heads to ensure accurate, auditable billing and supports month-end processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing operations, financial analysis, accounting, or a related function.
• Experience supporting monthly billing and invoicing cycles, reconciliations, and customer invoice inquiries.
• Experience using SQL, advanced Excel, and data platforms to independently analyze and validate billing data.
• Experience with financial and business systems; preferred: Dynamics GP/Business Central, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in executing the monthly billing cycle across all products and solutions, ensuring timely processing, validation, and delivery of customer invoices and supporting reports.
• Prepare revenue, deferred revenue, and accrual journal entries and supporting schedules for Accounting review.
• Develop automated data-quality and billing validation controls, including duplicate detection, missing-account checks, and period-over-period variance analysis.
• Build and schedule Databricks SQL/Python workflows that transform raw usage and transactional data into invoice-ready outputs.
• Maintain billing reference data, pricing tiers, product codes, and customer hierarchies used in calculations.
• Create dashboards and operational reports in Databricks and Power BI for billing execution, reconciliation, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
