Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Billing & Analytics Engineer to own the systems that turn usage data into accurate invoices and revenue-grade analytics. You’ll design and operate the full billing pipeline—from event ingestion to invoicing and CRM integration.

You’ll build customer-facing billing views, secure access controls, and analytics dashboards, partnering with Finance and RevOps to ensure data accuracy, revenue recognition, and auditability. Remote-friendly, US-based.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS or usage-based billing/payments systems.
• Strong backend engineering; Rust preferred; also Python/TypeScript/Node.js/Go.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the usage ingestion and metering pipeline.
• Build aggregation layer for usage summaries by customer, product, time window, and pricing dimension.
• Own integration with billing platforms and ensure data reconciliation.
