Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional BI/Data role experience.
• Strong SQL Server/T-SQL with performance tuning.
• Experience with SSIS ETL packages.
• Python for data work and automation.
• R for data analysis and modeling.
• Relational data modeling and data-quality principles.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely within US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and tune the data pipeline with SQL Server and SSIS.
• Automate data movement and validation with Python services.
• Guard data quality with validation and edit‑checks at ingestion.
• Use R and Python for analysis, anomaly detection, and modeling.
• Enhance internal reporting and data-quality tooling for billing/ops.
• Follow coding standards, write testable code, and review peers.
