Job summary

Kavaliro seeks a part-time Billing Support Specialist to assist the billing and accounting teams in Orlando, Florida. You will help prepare invoices, run reports, and support reconciliation tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

This flexible, remote role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new ERP systems quickly. Expect 8–12 hours per week with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial data handling.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in part-time capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices per schedules.
• Create customer invoice summaries and tailored reports.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analyses (revenue, billing trends).
• Process cash receipts and reconcile recordings.
• Support general ledger activities and reconciliations.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and accounting support.
