Job summary

Relativity in Virginia Beach is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to drive accurate invoicing across product lines, manage contract processing, and maintain billing documentation for a global SaaS customer base.

You will own critical billing queues, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal to optimize the order-to-cash process in a high-growth setting. Remote/Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of invoicing and billing experience, preferably with SaaS products.
• Proficiency with Zuora, Salesforce, and Workday in billing processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and accounting workflows.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process the full range of contracts across product lines for a global customer base.
• Handle all deal types: new business, add-ons, renewals, extensions, and terminations.
• Execute monthly and mid-month billing cycles for SaaS, licenses, and services.
• Assist with Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage customer usage commits, license extensions, and new license requests.
• Maintain Billing SOPs and assist with onboarding and training.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency, including automation and AI tools.
• Lead billing-related projects including pricing changes and new product launches.
• Own key customer accounts and act as billing SME for inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal to optimize the OTC cycle.
