Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join the Order-to-Cash team. You will manage invoicing, contract processing, and billing documentation across SaaS, license, and services, supporting global customers.

You will own billing queues, SOPs, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal to ensure accurate transactions and process improvements. This role offers remote/hybrid flexibility and opportunities to adopt AI-driven

Qualifications

5+ years invoicing and billing experience in SaaS or service-based models
Experience with global customer bases and multiple billing models
Strong knowledge of ERP and billing/revenue management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel usage
Ability to collaborate跨-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Process the full range of contracts across product lines for a global customer base
Manage billing cycles for SaaS, license, and services across new business, add-ons, renewals, and extensions
Own billing queues and SOPs; assist with onboarding and training of team
Support Finance Queue and Salesforce billing tickets to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Legal to optimize the order-to-cash cycle
Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and adoption of AI/automation
