Sessions, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end billing experience, including insurance workflows, self-pay, payments, and financial tools in a fully remote role across the United States.

You will drive billing strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization, collaborating with engineering, design, and customer success to deliver a scalable solution for outpatient mental health practices and larger healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with mental health insurance billing.
• Strong working knowledge of the insurance-claim lifecycle from service through submission, adjudication, payment, denial, correction, and resubmission.
• Familiarity with CPT codes, ICD-10 diagnoses, payer IDs, NPIs, taxonomy codes, ERAs and EOBs, secondary claims, eligibility verification, and prior authorization.
• Ability to explain complex billing concepts clearly to non-experts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about why workflows fail.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Own discovery and product work across the full billing experience, including insurance workflows and payments.
• Own billing strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Conduct practitioner interviews and customer conversations to understand workflow problems.
• Translate billing requirements into clear product requirements and user experiences.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in the established format.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to ensure usable billing functionality.
• Lead product acceptance testing for features and verify delivery against requirements.
• Analyze customer feedback and support trends to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
