Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR department remotely across the United States. This role drives quality control, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely billings and accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting and 3+ years in corporate bookkeeping in long-term care or 5+ years in business office management. Eligible for Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in corporate based long term care bookkeeping; or five or more years experience in business office management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the work flow of the accounts receivable department
• Establish quality control standards for each function
• Recruit, hire and train new accounts receivable staff
• Review performance in a timely and professional manner for assigned staffProvide support to Billing Coordinators by responding and resolving related center level requests and issues
• Coordinate all special projects and requests from corporate management
• Advise corporate financial managers on accounting issues that need to be addressed by center bookkeepers; also, advise Directors of Business Office Systems on issues that need to be addressed by Regional Business Office Coordinators
• Ensure that critical deadlines are met. This may entail assisting with the billing process when problems are encountered.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
