Qualifications

• Experience with AR reporting, dashboards and KPIs to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing and collections operations across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance and efficiency for all payer types.
• Participate in hiring, supervision and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Monitor accounts receivable for payer and operational issues and resolve concerns with leadership.
• Provide professional and technical support to staff and address inquiries from insurers, families, and patients.
