The successful candidate will manage end-to-end billing processes, resolve discrepancies, and drive departmental performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare billing experience with Medicaid, Managed Care, and Medicare.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, collections, and claim follow-up.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing requirements, denials, and payment reconciliation.
• Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care billing experience strongly preferred.
