Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR department, establish QC standards, recruit and train staff, and provide cross-functional support. This fully remote role is US-wide, with visa sponsorship and relocation support available.

The position emphasizes management of workflows, timely performance reviews, and collaboration with corporate and regional offices to meet deadlines and address billing issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field with 3+ years in corporate long-term care bookkeeping or 5+ years in business-office management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the work flow of the accounts receivable department
• Establish quality control standards for each function
• Recruit, hire and train new accounts receivable staff
• Review performance in a timely and professional manner for assigned staff
• Provide support to Billing Coordinators by responding and resolving related center level requests and issues
• Coordinate all special projects and requests from corporate management
• Advise corporate financial managers on accounting issues and coordinate issues with regional office staff
• Ensure that critical deadlines are met and assist with the billing process when problems occur
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
