Job summary

Twilio Inc. is hiring a Billing Supervisor to lead end-to-end order processing and invoicing for a remote, globally distributed team. You will collaborate with Deal Operations, Revenue Accounting, Collections and Sales to ensure accurate contract provisioning and timely invoicing.

You will manage an international team based in Mexico while coordinating with teams across the United States, Ireland and India, and drive SOX-compliant month-end processes and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a billing operations role.
• Experience supervising and mentoring team members.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an international billing team.
• Oversee daily order management, billing and communications.
• Escalate and resolve billing, collections, and order issues.
• Review contracts for accuracy and data integrity.
• Perform SOX-compliant month-end reconciliations.
• Coordinate audits and assist auditors and tax consultants.
• Drive process improvements and onboard/train staff.
