Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst for a remote-first role. The position emphasizes managing revenue and billing processes, onboarding customers to internal systems, and delivering timely, accurate reporting. You will collaborate with Sales and other teams to resolve issues rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Operations related to Billing, Order to Cash, and data analysis, with strong Excel skills and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Billing/Revenue/Order to Cash processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Zuora and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with large data volumes and pivots (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain external customer email communications and onboard customers to billing/ERP systems.
• Support month-end close, manage recurring billing, credits and related reporting.
• Assist in implementing financial controls around revenue and invoicing.
• Participate in audits and resolve billing queries.
• Investigate customer issues and provide detailed analysis to Sales.
