Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in the United States, seeks a Billing Supervisor to lead a remote team of Billing Coordinators supporting firmwide billing for Digital Assets and Data Management services.

You will supervise, coach, and coordinate workflows, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve issues. Strong accounting and Elite 3E experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of legal billing experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or managing a billing team.
• Proficiency with Elite 3E and electronic billing platforms.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Billing Coordinators and guide daily operations.
• Coach staff, provide performance feedback and training.
• Lead regular team meetings and manage workload priorities.
• Monitor timekeeping, overtime, and timecard approvals.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate, compliant invoicing and strong controls.
• Drive process improvements in billing workflows.
• Track invoices and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review WIP, credits, and invoices for discrepancies.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional judgment.
