Job summary

Outsource Access is a remote-position employer seeking an auditor with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate timekeeping and billing. The role focuses on translating time, site notes, and expenses into correct billable entries and project codes while supporting flawless payroll and invoicing flows.

You will work with field staff and Project Managers to enforce deadlines, reconcile complex financial data in Excel, and navigate Deltek/ERP systems in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting support, bookkeeping, or billing.
• Strong eye for catching hidden errors in time entries and logs.
• Proactive communication with field staff and project managers.
• Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily timecards for field inspectors and engineers with precision.
• Translate field time, site notes, overtime, and expenses into billable lines.
• Assemble draft invoice packages with clean time entries and docs.
• Ensure payroll summaries align with base pay, overtime, and allowances.
