Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or similar financial role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices using NetSuite.
• Process and apply customer payments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with month-end close and AR reports.
• Identify process improvements for billing efficiency.
