Wipro Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Billing & Enrollment to support customers remotely from Tampa, FL. The role requires handling inquiries, billing questions, cancellations, and related requests with a customer-first approach.

Must have HS diploma or GED and be proficient in Microsoft Office; rotating shifts within 8am–8pm ET are required. This is a full-time temporary position with a benefits package, including health options.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and composed demeanor in all interactions.

• Ascertain customer requirements, probe for clarity and understanding, and leverage decision-support tools and resources to resolve standard and complex issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including timely and appropriate account notations.
• Utilize call tracking databases for efficient information tracking, documentation, and retrieval.
• Ensure service delivery adheres to established contractual KPIs.
