Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Translate health, welfare and pension terms into plain English.
• Review plan documents and use knowledgebase tools to respond to requests.
• Document call notes in English and maintain case records.
• Attend team meetings and training; assist customers with inquiries.
• Work remotely after training and during peak periods.
