Brilliant Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting Coordinator, Billing for a 1 Year Contract. This remote role handles invoicing and credits for plant shipments, part of the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate billing and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has hands-on billing experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP), and familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP systems to reconcile shipment and billing data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on billing experience with invoicing
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is REQUIRED
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs
• Manufacturing/distribution experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Process daily invoicing for all shipments using ERP and shipment-management systems
• Perform daily reconciliation between shipment reports and invoicing records
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with plant personnel
• Document reconciliation findings and complete tracking templates
• Process and approve credit memo requests and distribute them to customers
• Coordinate with Collections and Cash Application teams to support Order-to-Cash
• Complete month-end billing and accounting activities
• Send invoices to customers via established processes (EDI and email)
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure invoicing complies with procedures
