Eliassen Group is assisting a client in hiring a billing analyst for remote B2B operations across retailer partners. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, process memos, review contracts, and support month-end close and audits.

The role requires experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, plus strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, in a B2B SaaS context, working with global teams.

Our client seeks a billing analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners. The role includes invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using established Oracle and spreadsheet templates. The analyst processes credit and debit memos per approved requests, reviews commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates, performs peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness, responds to billing inquiries, and routes complex disputes to senior team members. The role follows defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests. The environment includes Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, Mode BI Reporting, and Oracle Fusion. The industry context is B2B ecommerce and SaaS. The analyst must operate comfortably in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.
