Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to perform remote B2B billing operations for retailer partners. You will calculate, generate, and deliver invoices using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, process memos, and ensure accuracy through reviews and reconciliations. Collaboration with global stakeholders and BPO partners is essential.

Proficiency with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting, plus Google Workspace and Excel, is expected in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Aufgaben

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
