Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners in a remote, globally connected environment. The role covers invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle Fusion and spreadsheet templates.

You will review contracts, apply correct terms, perform reconciliations, respond to inquiries, and support month-end close and audits with Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Mode BI, and Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Mode BI Reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
• Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
• Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
• Perform peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
• Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
