Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Billing Analyst for remote, contract work serving retailer partners in a B2B ecommerce/SaaS context. You will execute invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates, and process memos per approved requests.

You'll review contracts, support month-end close, and handle inquiries with a global, remote team using Salesforce, JIRA, Mode BI, and Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, and Mode BI Reporting.
Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
Background in B2B ecommerce and SaaS environments.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Responsibilities

Execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners, including invoice calculation, generation, and delivery using Oracle and spreadsheet templates.
Process credit and debit memos per approved requests.
Review commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates.
Perform peer reviews and reconcilations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
Respond to billing inquiries and route complex disputes to senior team members.
Follow defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests.
