Training starts December 11th with CST hours, then regular CST shifts Mon-Thu and Fri. Candidates must be U.S. based and work remotely, with strong customer service and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Ability to collect underwriting requirements via calls, emails or other channels.
• Bilingual communication capabilities preferred.
