Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking independently licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to deliver Spanish-speaking psychotherapy in a fully remote setting. Start at 25 hours per week, with potential to grow to full-time, and enjoy dedicated clinical support, no marketing, and a supportive care team.

You will work across 7 days a week, set your own schedule, and be paired with Spanish-speaking older adults. Competitive pay, full benefits, and remote working tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Active California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Fluent in English and Spanish for therapy sessions.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via virtual sessions.
• Design personalized treatment plans addressing unique needs.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
