Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking an Outbound Tele Sales Agent in Texas to contact members by phone, promote and schedule virtual appointments, and explain the benefits of virtual care. The role emphasizes accuracy in CRM logging, compliance with HIPAA, and meeting scheduling targets in a remote setting.

The position requires telephonic sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and, ideally, bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to promote and schedule virtual appointments.
• Communicate benefits of scheduling virtual visits.
• Persuade members to schedule appointments.
• Address member questions about virtual services with accurate information.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of calls and appointments.
• Conduct follow-ups with members, external entities, and providers.
• Ensure timely responses to member/provider inquiries to meet service targets.
• Collaborate with team to achieve weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
• Stay informed about healthcare services and offerings for members.
• Follow compliance and HIPAA requirements when handling member information.
