Job summary

Sycle is seeking a customer-focused, bilingual support specialist to assist audiology customers with the platform over phone and email. You will diagnose software issues, guide users through workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions quickly.

This fully remote role requires English and Spanish fluency, 2–3+ years in SaaS helpdesk, and comfort working independently from home within US time zones.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 2–3+ years in a technical helpdesk or SaaS support role.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in software or network environments.
• Customer-focused communication with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand Sycle platform functionality and explain steps clearly to non-technical users.
• Perform root-cause analysis on software odd behaviors and connectivity issues.
• Provide browser support and troubleshoot syncs and error logs.
• Assist users with basic training, navigation, and environment setup.
• Document and track customer interactions and internal Jira tickets with evidence.
• Identify problematic workflows and report defects to engineering.
• Escalate complex issues promptly with thorough documentation.
