Job summary

Toast is hiring a bilingual Spanish field sales professional to support Austin, TX, with a home-office setup. You will drive new customer growth for Spanish cuisine restaurants, using calls, demos, and contract closures in the customer’s language, while collaborating with internal teams in English.

You will leverage a consultative approach, manage leads, and tailor proposals in Spanish, with English used for internal communication.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language.
• Coordinate onboarding to set customers up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and internal teams in their respective languages.
