Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate to support early-stage personal injury cases. You’ll open claims, manage medical records and police reports, and coordinate care while ensuring precise, well-documented files for attorneys.

You will work remotely from the US, handling high-volume tasks with care and independence, contributing to faster settlements and stronger client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
• Excel at process execution in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Clear and professional communication with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.
• Take ownership of work and uphold high standards of quality and accountability.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaison with adjusters and carriers.
• Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
• Monitor treatment progression and outcomes.
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues.
• Prepare complete, accurate case files for demand with lead paralegals.
• Communicate with clients daily to guide them through pre-litigation.
• Maintain case timelines and milestones with precision.
• Spot and eliminate operational inefficiencies to improve speed and accuracy.
• Uphold meticulous documentation and file integrity.
