• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone, written correspondence, and system workflows.
• Provide information on eligibility, enrollment, benefits, healthcare services, and program guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex or escalated customer service issues.
• Review records and data across multiple systems to support correct resolution.
• Process enrollment, disenrollment, and related program transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve inquiries and identify process improvements.
