Trusted Leader in Healthcare Services is seeking a Spanish-English bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative to support members, providers, and patients. You will navigate HIPAA-compliant processes while delivering exceptional service across Medicare and billing inquiries.

The role requires strong communication skills, 2+ years in customer service or health insurance, and experience with CRM/EMR/EHR systems. Remote work setup is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Minimum of two years in customer service or healthcare member-interaction.
Healthcare/call center experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from members, providers, and patients in Spanish and English.
Document and address customer queries; resolve issues related to Medicare, Billing, and plan benefits.
Explain health insurance terminology, eligibility, and coverage policies to members.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI while using CRM/EMR/EHR systems.
