You will document inquiries, explain plan benefits, and resolve issues with HIPAA-compliant processes from a remote home office.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in healthcare or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across CRM/EMR systems while maintaining a high level

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of two years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.
• Remote work readiness and ability to manage work from home environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inquiries from members, providers, and patients in Spanish and English.
• Document all interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.
• Explain health plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies.
• Resolve issues by coordinating service recovery and escalation when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI during all transactions.
