Trusted Leader in Healthcare Services is seeking a Spanish bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative. You will support members, providers and patients, helping them understand and maximize their healthcare benefits while upholding privacy and HIPAA guidelines.

In this remote role, you will handle inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing for Spanish- and English-speaking customers, document interactions, and escalate issues as needed using CRM and EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English required, spoken and written.
• Minimum two years of customer service or healthcare member interaction experience.
• Previous call center experience or health insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries in Member Services, Medicare, and Billing for Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
• Document all queries and resolve complex calls related to product lines.
• Uphold customer-relations standards and gather information for issue resolution.
• Explain plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies.
• Use multiple systems to assist callers and maintain HIPAA privacy.
