Trusted Leader in Healthcare Services is seeking a Spanish-English bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative to assist members, providers, and patients with benefits navigation and inquiries. You'll work remotely, delivering accurate information while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

You will handle inquiries in Spanish and English across Medicare and billing, document interactions, and strive for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or healthcare member interactions.
• Previous call center experience and/or health insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from members, providers, and patients in Spanish and English.
• Document all interactions and resolve issues per policies.
• Explain health plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security while handling PHI.
