Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or hospitality).
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Quiet, HIPAA compliant, private workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments as the first point of contact for patients.
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment with empathy.
• Listen to patient needs and use sales/customer service techniques to set appointments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership.
