Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. in the United States is seeking a bilingual Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue from inbound/outbound calls and to promote Interlock products nationwide. This fully remote role includes paid equipment and uncapped commissions.

You will manage CRM records, deliver tailored presentations, and build client relationships while staying compliant and customer-focused. The position reports to the Care Center Sales Manager and offers health benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; additional compensation for bilinguals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Maintain CRM records and document interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
