Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue nationwide by managing inbound/outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service. This fully remote role offers hourly-rate pay along with uncapped commissions and incentives.

It includes a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) match, and other fringe benefits to support you and your family. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to maximize compensation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required and eligible for extra compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues appropriately and maintain detailed records in CRM.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings; maintain confidentiality.
