Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote position. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service nationwide in English and Spanish.

The role includes hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, with health coverage and a 401(k) plan with company match. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), at least 6 months in sales or customer service, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required and eligible for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
