Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Sales Program Advisor to drive inbound/outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service nationwide.

This full-time, remote role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7am–8pm local time; weekend work may be required. Remote with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold reputation.
