Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role within Care Center Sales. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver excellent service to clients nationwide.

The position offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive health plan, and a 401(k) with generous company match. Prior sales or call center experience and bilingual English/Spanish are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold our reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry.
