Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting Interlock products, and delivering excellent service nationwide.

This full-time, remote role offers an uncapped commission structure and incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package. You will manage client inquiries, build relationships, and identify new sales opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
