Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth nationwide. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, sells Interlock products, and delivers exceptional service to internal and external clients.

You will excel by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions while upholding the company’s strong reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry. The position is fully remote with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
