Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering excellent service nationwide.

This fully remote role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions, incentives, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation applies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound/outbound calls with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and address client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
