Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth through managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, experience in sales or customer service, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The position also offers uncapped performance-based commissions and various health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
